The current terms include damage resulting from use of the product. In practice, DopeMirrors support can replace or provide the damaged component instead of automatically replacing an entire mirror set when only one part needs attention.
Lifetime warranty is not the same as an unlimited no questions asked replacement policy. The terms allow protection against repeated abuse or misuse of the warranty. The current terms also allow a shipping cost to be charged for a repaired or replaced part in some cases. The full Terms and Conditions remain the binding source for exact coverage.
Contact DopeMirrors support with your order information, a short description of what happened and clear photos of the damaged part. Include the motorcycle model and year when the issue involves the mounting system. This gives us the information needed to identify the component and the correct replacement configuration.
An adventure mirror can be exposed to falls, branches, luggage and repeated adjustment over years of riding. Supporting individual components means a damaged part does not always have to turn the whole set into waste. It also lets an existing customer keep the same mirror system in service for longer.
