This page is the starting point for product, fitment, installation, warranty and order questions. The fastest way to solve a technical question is to send enough information to identify both the motorcycle and the part involved.
Send the motorcycle brand, exact model and model year. Tell us if the original mirror mounts, handlebars, controls or handguards have been changed. A photo of the current mounting point is useful when the setup is not standard.
If something does not fit or the mirror cannot be positioned correctly, stop before forcing the thread or hardware. Send a clear photo of both sides of the cockpit, the mounting balls and the arm position. We can then compare the installed setup with the configuration intended for the motorcycle.
Describe when the issue appears, for example at a certain speed, on rough surfaces or after repeated folding. If a joint starts to move too easily, contamination on the ball or connector can reduce friction. Cleaning the contact surfaces can restore normal grip. Avoid oily products on friction surfaces.
For a damaged component, include the order information, photos and a short description of how the damage occurred. The current product is covered by the DopeMirrors lifetime warranty according to its terms. Support can identify whether a component should be replaced or another solution is appropriate.
Include the order number and delivery country. If the request is about a deadline for an upcoming trip, mention the date so we can answer based on the current shipping situation.
The current DopeMirrors model carries E9 marking according to ECE R81. If you need information for a specific inspection or market, tell us the country and motorcycle so we can answer the actual question rather than making a broad legal claim.
